I’m Yasko. I have spent years on Android products for food and hospitality — from tablet POS on the floor to the messy details teams actually fight: shift cash, held orders, stock, staff, and receipts that have to leave the counter.

Woi is how I work now: one owner, one stack, software you run on your own cloud. FnB and hospitality are the home ground. The same approach fits retail, services, and other ops that still live in spreadsheets.

If you need a till, a back-office, or a custom tool beside them, I sit with the workflow before I write a screen.

How we work

Short loop. Live floor. No theatre.

I prefer a working tool on the floor over a 40-page proposal.

1. Floor walk

Watch a shift. List what kasir, kitchen, and owner actually need.

2. Thin slice

Ship one path first: pay, stock, or report — not every menu at once.

3. Live week

Run it on a real shift. Fix the friction that only shows up after 9pm.

4. Own it

You keep the product. I stay for hosting, changes, and the next outlet.
